Responsibilities
- Close cooperation with a team on full project live cycle – PO, Scrum Master, Architect, Developers and business
- Cooperate with a distributed team within agile environment
- Configuring and developing user-friendly solutions within ServiceNow platform in align of business requirements
- Integrating ServiceNow with the other systems and applications by Rest API
- Working on technical documentation for configuration and following best practices
Qualifications
- Higher level of education
- At least 5 years of experience in a big corporate organization as ServiceNow Developer
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM including CMDB and CSDM model
- Proficiency in using JavaScript and client-side scripting within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of product breakdown methodologies e.g. design thinking and story mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into development tasks to create right sol
- Fluency in English – international environment
